08.10 We arrive at the checkpost (Hahaviot) to see one taxi being checked with a dog handler.  Most of the cars crossing in the direction of Nablus are not stopped

At one point, a car is stopped and a line immediately develops.  This is a car with yellow (Israeli) plates and it is turned around and made to go back.  Apart from this incident traffic seems to flow smoothly.
