On the main road leading to the settlements of Elkana, Ornit and Share Tikva the village of Azzun-Atma has been imprisoned in between the separation fence and a checkpoint constructed on the southern entrance. The checkpoint is locked at 21:00 in the evening.

The villages of wadi al Rasha, Ras at Tira and Ad Dab'a that were left on the Israeli side of the Seam Line have found at the begining of October 2007 that the road leading from them to Alfe Menashe has been blocked by the army, meaning that neither transportation nor service is now allowed on that road. These villages are now isolated from both the Palestinian territory and from Israel.

The village of Ras Atiya is located in the western end of a Palestinian enclave separated by the Seam Line. The gate which is a Fabric of life gate is open 12 hr. a day and allows the access into the Palestinian land which has been left on the Israeli side of the Seam line. The gate, erected at some distance from the fields, cannot be reached by tractor. The farmers must make their way there on foot and cannot continue to grow the same irrigated crops as before.
